In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a propegjr examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisabule to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Are you giving too much of screen time to the child or your child is working too much of mobile or television as that can lead to heavy eyes and water into the eyes but if that is not the case then I suggest you to get it checked with an eye specialist one time
