Hi, My EDD is on 15 th Oct but Dr is aslkmg me to get the c section done in 38th week. Is it right?

Is there any specific reason why the doctor wants a c-section to be planned earlier like is she foreseeing or currently found any issues that could make normal delivery complicated. If so it is good to follow her advice. If not you may have to discuss with her about this again.
