Hi, my daughter never gives an eye contact to anyone even me, she neither responds to her name nor understands anything. Actually she was absolutely fine when she was months baby,(like identifying things doing actions like enacting rhymes) but due to some personal issues in the family I didn't take care of her which led to this. I feel guilt for that as I couldn't spend time for her. Please suggest and help me.
