#asktheexpert My daughter rarely responds. she only responds to the things that she likes. She makes eye contact too. Still not talking. Is it normal?

A. It is normal, not to worry. If the family consists more members, the child will be active and fluently speek with other family members. Restriction of speech is there if less family member. This will become normal, once the child started to move schools.
