Hi my daughter is waking up at 4 am every morning what could be the reason. She is not hungry.

A. If your child is playful then probably your child just takes a nap wake up and active again it’s a normal thing to be seen with some kids if your child is active not crying then it is nothing to be worried it’s just a normal break sometimes kids take while sleeping in the night or in the morning
