Q.

Hi, My daughter is suffering from constipation, she is 2 plus. can u suggest me something...what should I add to her meal.

A. avoid constipation in the baby sees you lot of water nal seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana etc if the problem is stubborn and constipation is there you can use suppositories occasionally

A. Hai include fibre foods, fluids and water in diet for increasing bowel movements. Fruits and vegetables, millets, grains rich in fibre. Also do Tummy massage daily apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with the help of the fingers to avoid constipation.

A. Add more and more fruits to her diet and give her grapewater regularly....she will be fine
