Their is no magic food that would help in increasing the height they’re many factors , so give him heathy food good quality protein such as variety of dals , chana , rajma etc , millets , eggs , dry fruits and nuts , etc
Also physical activity also has a role to play , skipping, jumping , swinging , hanging etc

give green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits, different lentils and legumes , multigrain food items etc to your child
but please prefer homemade healthy food
encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping etc
