my one year baby having constipation problem since last 2 months . what to add in her diet? kindly suggest me.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is com very. Hard stool is very common specially in toddler age as kids don't drink much water . Just increase of fibers and fruits in diet along with plenty of water will help in constipation . Other wise lactulose can be used if kid age is more than 2 yr .
