Hi my daughter is severely constipated despite high fibre diet and sufficient water… I’m giving her movicol sachet powder… is this fine to continue… is there anything else that I can try

Encourage children to have more outdoor activity in the sunlight. Physical activity helps stimulate the appetite and bowel movements

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns about this and follow your doctor’s instructions diligently.
