Hi , My daughter is now 21 months old , we have not vaccinated her in 16 months , but we hv vaccinated her in 21th month on July 6th 2021 in aganvadi , they hv given vaccine fr our baby. 1 .DPT 2 . OPD 3. MR-2 4 a.vitamin A -2 please confirm us which vaccine has to be provided to our baby , because TCV vaccine has not provided , please find the attached file ,the vaccinated sheet she suggested for further..
