Q.

Hi ,My daughter is 6 monjth old now apart from cerelelac what to have in breakfast cause she doesn't want to have fruit as well like mashed potatoes, papaya n apple .I am little confused though

A. your baby is six month old, you may start giving mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, banana, papaya .

Go ahead with giving Suji Kheer to the child that’s a very healthy option that you can offer to the child for breakfast you can go ahead with giving Halwa or any other healthy recipe that you can think of giving to the child is going to be completely dependent on your creativity what all do you want to go aheadWrite Your Answer Here
