hi my daughter is 5 year 6m old ,her front tooth has fallen down ,now it been 3 month but no indication of a new tooth,what could be the reason

A. you can wait till the age of 7 years for the tooth to erupt but the best thing to do is visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done

A. good evening there is no specific reason it is only a matter of time I would recommend you to try to make sure that you give calcium supplement you will be on a daily basis to expedite this process
