A. please visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done. your dentist will check and let you know what is the situation and what you need to do for the same

A. good morning does not mean that there is any matter to worry about just try to be patient wait for another couple of month you will notice at the child would be able to get the remaining teeth nothing to stress about
