Hi, My daughter is 3.10 yr old. now due to seasonal changes she is suffering with cold cough, what precautions to be taken and which food to be given to protect her.

A. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times ucan also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eatg as symptoms resolve.

A. If Your child fall sick every time when the weather changes then it’s mostly due to seasonal allergy which happens mostly due to change in weather or change in temperature in all sometimes it is due to dust also it’s a very common thing if you’re looking for a proper treatment for that then would advise you to go ahead with homoeopathic medication
