Hi, My daughter is 2 yr old and her weight is 10 kg. Please suggest tips for increasing her weight.

A. Hello good evening !! Include high protein, calorie rich and good fat foods which help in increasing weight. Banana, nuts powder in cerelac/porridges/malts ,dal rice or kichdi with pulses,legumes , curd rice /curd,paratha,ghee,paneer,egg .
