Hello parent, To increase the weight of your child give a balanced meal that includes good source of carbs,proteins and fat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Include besan, oats flour, ragi flour in the roti and stuff it with paneer,dal, sprouts , vegetables like beetroot, carrot, spinach etc. Also include shakes , smoothies, buttermilk, sattu etc. Keep your child well hydrated and nourished. Try to give fresh home cooked meals.
