NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then it is not a problem and make sure to give healthy and nutritious well balalnced food in the diet and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and he can guide u accordingly which is better
