Hi, my daughter is 19months now. she is not gaining weiht. she is still at 8.5kg. But all other motor skill activities are good. she started running,singing songs, identifying countries from globe. Iam worried about her weight. Is the underweight leads to any problems?

A. Ma’am I’m not going to say it is going to lead to any problem but just imagine your child is almost 4 KG underweight as per the current age it does make a difference the growth is hampered if the weight is not proper so in this case we take an advice from your paediatrician ones
