Q.

hi , my daughter is 19 months and she is having fever which is 101 .Fever is not reducing and I am giving her calpol (1.3). will the fever reduce or should I go to hospital .

A. thanks ! I went to Dr and he prescribed paracetamol oral suspension crocin 3.5 ml three times .now fever is down she is doing better .Hope this medicine is good please advise

A. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temfperature of hundred or more is considered as fever do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

A. Currently looking at the age you should give some way round 2 to 2.5 ML to the child as of now and also you can do Thande Paani Ki bottle that really helps a lot in reducing down the temperature over the period still if it is not helping then kindly please check with your doctor for this
