Hi My daughter is 17 months old. I have observed skin around my daughter's neck, thighs has changed.she has creases and the skin color is darker around neck it was not like this earlier. Will this fade away while she is growing or is this a concern. If it is a concern what precautions needs to be taken. And would like to know why is it caused.
