Hi , My baby is 4 months old. She has such creases or rings around her thighs. I thought this was baby fat, but my MIL suggests this is not normal.

This is completely normal there is nothing wrong with this is actually due to the fat into the thighs that your child is having which is completely normal so need not worry about it and in case if you have any kind of a doubt still about it you can always check with your paediatrician
