Hi, my daughter is 1.5 months old. My milk was insufficient for her so I took lactare capsule for past 4 days. Suddenly my periods has started..is it possible for breastfeeding mom to have periods so soon or is it because of these capsules

Usually such pills don't cause periods.
Irregular periods is normal for breast feeding mothers.
Please opt for the ayurvedic remedies for breast milk improvement
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
