ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes you can take it daily no worries. nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana, dates everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds to increase breast milk.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello yes you can take not a problem but it is always good to check with your doctor before you take it long 🙂 time and she will be able to advise you accordingly and based on the need of the milk you can plan too which should be safe be safe not a problem
