AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can take it twice a day.. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk, makhana, dill seeds etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
