Q.

Hi,my daughter has no cold,but mucous is in nose which is disturbing her.how to clean the mucous for a five months old baby?

A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently steam inhalation can also be helpful in this conditionEar should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sctleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

A. good morning you can do it with the help of an nasal aspirator but I would recommend that other than that you should not try to do it in any other way otherwise can cause irritation in the nose
