Q.
Hi, My daughter has dark circle at this age at 9, in fact it's from her birth. I am assuming it may be due to heredity but at this age is unbelievable

it happens because of thin skin , lack of sleep , prolonged exposure to screen , nutritional deficiencies etc
so I would suggest to place cucumber or potato slices on your child eyes to reduce them.
keep your child well hydrated
offer homemade healthy food
make sure your child takes enough sleep.
