my baby is 8 months old.But recently dark circle had developed around her eyes. is it normal at her age?

It Would not be normal but of course I think it is having some deficiency which is my dark circles are appearing kindly consult your big addition once I make sure that your child is having water and sleeping really really well because these are also reasons apart from deficiencies
