hi my baby weight is stuck from last 8 months. what to do . he is frequently falling ill.he is 3.6 now

If your child’s weight is stagnant and your child is frequently falling sick then you should conduct a blood test for the child to know what’s the problem because without a detailed investigation it would be difficult to figure out what could be the reason so once you get a testing done you rather be more sure about the reason and dumb solution can be provided on that basis only
