my baby has been falling ill for every 10 15 days and her weight is ideal 11.8 from last 3 4 months what can i do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Baby as immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Siri generally also the child is little under where I would say that get an allergy test done for the child as when a child is suffering with ology they fall sick quite often or it could be due to really poor immunity Subedar June figure out where is the problem and medication for their mood can be suggested on that basis only
