Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. hello dear mom ,its common in babies just give some tummy time to baby for few seconds or a minute and call baby names or play sound of toys to help baby to react and look on all directions, baby is only 3 months of old so do not worry he is growing and trying his best to achieve the milestone
