Q.

hi my baby is vomiting since last late night. what to do? what food n medicine to be given? he had little bit cough last night n vomiting started after that. should I give misri pani with little bit salt?? if m giving water he is not drinking. he is going to be three this month please suggest

A. give emefilm strips for vomiting

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be giveuun to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Q. Aaradhya (4 years old) is having (4 times) vomiting n stomach pain since yesterday evening.
