Hi my baby is throwing tantrums . I started job 15 days ago and he has been taken care by mmy family and maid. But he refuses to go to maid . He hits her . He eats less. I dont know what is the reason. Am i going to office this may be the reason. He was completely with me till now. Plz suggest what should i do

child will slowly get adjusted mean while requires love and patience from the caregivers
try to spend as much time as you can when around him
also lovingly explain to child about your absence
