Q.

Hi My baby is one year old he wants some spicy (chili peppers spicy) food I'm trying to avoid to introduce more spicy as we eat. But my in-laws are mistaken me. I my view introduce of more spicy may leads to gut problem in future. So I'm introduce only little spicy food. Give me one conclusion is introducing of more spicy is good for health of babies

A. little spices as jeera haldi in moderate amount you can add to baby foods.. add ghee butter to add taste.. oily spicy foods should be avoided for baby.. specially garam masala, chili powder.. may cause digestive issue..
