hi, my baby is making snoring kind of noise when laughing hard or trying to stand up. feels like breathing difficulty. but she is not having any uncomfortableness when sleeping or during any activity. she is teething and is very active. dont feel like she is having cold or chest congestion please suggest what needs to be done
