hi...my baby is having cold for the past three days....is it advisable to take her a bath??

subhadraMom of a 5 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. my baby also had similar problem when she was 6 months.i consulted her paediatrician he asked me to use saline nasal drops.and i also gave my baby panikoorka juice.breastfeed the baby. i dint wash her head until the cold was relieved because of the present pandemic

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatmecnt consists of antihistamines antipyreticsc analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
