ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you can first start with some liquids such as vegetable soups or dal or rice water or fresh fruits juices .. Give only a few tsp first and as the baby accepts it you can increase the quantity. Then gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods
