hi ..my baby is 9 months old ..her face skin is fair but when it comes to the remaining body and legs and hands are very Balck colour, is it because of body massage lotion, ..we are using the Himalaya lotions .. please suggest anything

Babies have darker body specially legs and hands than face, it's very common and there is nothing you can do about it. it's not because of any skin lotion.

you can massage with coconut oil or olive oil
use ubtan as besan haldi and milk apply and bath the baby
