Hi my baby is 9 months old. he is having fever and it's not going down after giving paracetamol also what should I do

It is the nature of the fever to repeat every time through six hours to continue with the paracetamol the same day and if the child doesn’t get better within 72 hours and the fever doesn’t subside completely then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
