My 5 yr old daughter is having fever.. it is not coming down even after paracetamol..

Aarti ShrangiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. 2 month is having cough too much.Giving syrup for it as prescribed by doctor but still cough is there .ease suggest what can be done
