hi my baby is 6days old and today he is sleeping continuously not even waking up after 3 hours for feed I am waking him up and giving feeds and also have not passed pee since 5 hours is everything ok?

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician12 months agoA. Mostly a newborn sleeps for 16 to 18 hours a day. But it is better that you do not take any chance and take your child to a paediatrician to get your child examined clinically.

It’s a normal situation with a small child the best is that you should learn to dream feed the child because when you dream feed the child it would be easier for you to feed the child while the sleeping time also and this way you’re not even miss on the schedule of feeding your child from time to time
