Hi my baby is 5 months 6 days old she passes tool 4-5 time few times green colour some times yellow colour can I know the reason and any precautions to be taken care please suggest

usually it is normal among young babies to pass green stool and it is also normal to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day.
green stool is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk.
so feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
make changes in your diet also as it might be a reaction to the food which you ate.
and in formulafed babies,it is caused by iron supplements of formula.
so don't worry
but if your child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician
