Hi, My baby is 4 months old now she is still not holding her neck.she is IUGR baby birth weight is 1.69Kgs.. pls suggest when she can hold her neck and roll over..

every child is different and has different milestones.
some babies start holding their neck by completion of six months.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly .... ..

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Your baby will probably be able to lift her head when she's about a month old, and hold it up when placed in a sitting position at around 4 months. Her neck muscles and head control should be strong and steady by 6 months.
