Q.
Hi. my baby is 30 days old. I went through C section. after removal of stiches skin didn't cure. again I got 2nd times stiches . today is 18th day after 2nd time stiches. what diet I should take to heal the stiches. please give me suggestions

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Avoid hard and heavy foods. Rest well and eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in your diet. Good luck and take care
