Q.
Hi my baby is 3 n half month old and I noticed that her left side ear is bigger than right side...she always sleeps keeping her head left...bit worried..is it normal?

usually any kind of paired organs are not equal. so always there will be slight a difference in the size between the paired organs.
do not worry regarding that but concentrate on giving breast milk to the child and keeping the child healthy.
if you feel anything wrong consult with your pediatrician whenever you visit which will help to get rid of the tension
