hi my baby is 3 month 24 days old. from past one week my breast milk decreased I tried all the home remedies to increase brest milk but no use and used galact granules no use at all I am nursing baby frequently but brestmilk not increasing please help me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, take, Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk. also have healthy diet n plenty of fluids

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello take lactare tablet and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which is effective and if does not help then you can give aby infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which can be helpful and also safe
