Q.
Hi My baby is 2M and 27 days old and on breast feeding, He weighs 5.8kg. Is weight OK? Also, he has started sleeping for the whole night for around 6-7hrs. And I’m feeding on demand. Should I wake him up in night to feed ? Is weight gain Ok ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it is ok for baby . Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby if possible . If not feasible then only top milk should be given . After 6 month can start wil rice and dal water along with top milk .
