Q.
Hi my baby is 1yr and 8months old..she got fever without cold ..I have given paracetamol p120 5ml but she s vomiting immediately after taking it..pls suggest what should I do...my pediatrician asked to wait for 2days.. should I wait for 2 more days or go to hospital??

after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anfything to eat in this 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
