Q.

Hi my baby is 1yr 9mo since from two days his sleep has disturbed he is getting up in mid of the night and crying continuously for 10-15min i am worried and tired and frustrated at the same time.. why is this happening is this a growth spurt or sleep regression? what should i do?

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It u can be relieved by mgedicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
