#AskTheExpert my twins are 1yr 7months..they have very disturbed sleep at night. they wake up crying very often (almost every 1hr), sleep better only after 3am. How do I handle this?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. just try to make a proper discipline for the child while sleepingand further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
