hi my baby is 1yr 6m old. from 2 days he is having loose motions and vomiting and fever. giving medicine but. but early morning time he constantly vomiting. whatever he is eating or drinking after that he is vomiting. pls suggest what to do. and he is exclusively on breastfeeding
